Uji is Japans world famous place for exquisite green tea. We had the pleasure to experience the process of tea picking and an introduction to proper tea infusion and serving.

This program was organized by Kamogawa-kai, a volunteer organization located in Kyoto to introduce Japanese culture and peculiarities to foreigners and Japanese alike. For more information and their program have a look at their program.
